Vows in Motion, a dance studio in Cheshire, offers bespoke first dance wedding choreography for couples wishing to bring their chosen first dance song to life through dance. Whether you are looking for a simple, romantic sway in a Ballroom or Latin style or a more complex, impressive, choreographed routine to your favourite pop song, Sophie will be flexible to meet your requests and requirements. Lesson packages range from 1 hour to 10+ hours. Music track editing is available for a small extra charge. With Sophie’s approachable manner, Vows in Motion guarantees to leave couples feeling more comfortable and confident with their unique dance on their special day and will create wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
If you are looking for something unique, she also choreographs daddy and daughter or mother and son dances, group dances, e.g. bridesmaids and groomsmen and any other combination. Please contact Sophie for further details.
Hen-ergy-dance offers fun and energetic hen party dance classes to suit all levels of dance ability. With 15 different dance styles and themes to choose from, from Broadway to Burlesque to Bollywood, there is also the option to plan a flash mob or to create a lip-sync battle. Hen-ergy guarantees 90 minutes of pure fun and entertainment with plenty of photo opportunities and the chance to take home a recording of your choreographed routine. Each class will be led by Sophie, a qualified dance teacher with over 15 years of experience.
Sophie has been incredibly lucky to work at a selection of highly commended venues across England and abroad. Including Hengrave Hall in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk and Hartford Golf Club in Hartford, Cheshire.
Also, Sophie choreographed a wedding dance in Sorrento, Italy.

You know that old saying “new year, new me”? Well, ahead of the fast approaching 2025, we’ve decided to switch some things up around here and add a dash more sparkle into Bouquet and Bells.
This shoot was inspired wholly by the vastness and beauty of the venue as well as the unitarians inspiring ethos: Ullet Road Unitarian Church. We chose a beautiful day for the shoot, meaning the light flooding into the building and outside of the building was beautiful. We had a selection of dresses to change into for different parts of the church, and we utilised the late in different rooms and at different windows, as well as the doors for the iconic confetti shots.
Your wedding is a magical day which will stay with you forever. However, it’s unquestionable that with a tag like that, there’s also going to be an element of pressure you need to manage. 84% of brides report feeling some sort of stress about their big day. And while a lot of this comes hand-in-hand with planning a large event, it’s unquestionable that standing in front of anyone as the “star of the show” is going to get the nerves jangling.
