I shot my first wedding in 2013, not long after having leaving university and haven’t looked back since. I then stepped out of my comfort zone and become a full time photographer in 2020 following that jump I decided to get my very own studio where I shoot empowerment shoots for women.

I absolutely love capturing couples in the most natural way, laughing, embracing and generally having a laugh. I love good chat and banter all day long and really find that my couples turn from clients to friends quickly which makes the whole experience so much more personal.

Previous Weddings

I was lucky enough to capture the coolest couple at Dunwood Hall in Staffordshire, who had the best day ever filled with fun and laughter all day. They sealed their love with a shot of tequila with a celebrant lead ceremony, followed by a magician wow’ing their guests, an actress being involved in the speeches, a singing waiter as a major surprise to all their guests and the groom, ice cream to cool everyone down and a pool jump by the bride and groom in their wedding attire. It was filled with so much fun and happiness all day. They did it their way.

Another incredible wedding I was so honoured to capture was at one of my all time fave venues, Wilde Lodge, in Knighton with the lushest couple who had the most amazing friends and family. The day was filled with a lot of drinking, a lot of laughing and plenty of banter. The couple had lawn games to entertain their guests which kept people busy and laughing for hours, they also had the whole lot of dancing. The bride surprised EVERYONE by joining the band on stage and singing her all time fave song – Shania Twain – Man I feel like a Woman. Which really got the party started.

Lastly was this incredible couples wedding at Stanford Farm, Halfway House. A colourful fun filled day, with games made by the groom to entertain everyone, an incredible singer entertaining everyone all day and lot’s of dancing on the grass. The bride didn’t wear any shoes all day, they laughed and joked, I have never felt so much love in the air for one couple. Everyone was so happy seeing them tie the knot and to top it off they got to enjoy 99s before the first dance.

Had the most special day in October. Vix captured every moment perfectly, we love all the photos from start to finish. Not only was she a brilliant photographer but she was great on the day making sure everyone stuck to their roles , problem solving, reassuring. She was just great and worked really well with out videographer too. Highly recommend Vix if you want some who is down to earth, super friendly, gets the job done.

VIX IS AMAZING!!! Don’t even hesitate booking her as your wedding photographer- just do it! In the months leading up to the wedding Vix was really helpful and super organised. She went above and beyond the role of a wedding photographer- helping with our wedding timeline, along with lots of top tips and helping the day to run as smoothly as possible. Vix provided a pre wedding photo shoot as part of her package. This was a really great opportunity to work with her before the wedding. She really put us both at ease and the photos are absolutely stunning. In terms of wedding photos they are simply beautiful. Everything we had hoped for and more. Photos are so natural. Vix made the group photos easily. Nothing seemed a chore or took too long either. She really has given us the best wedding photos to treasure forever.
