Hi, I’m Natalie and I am the owner of Perfect Day Weddings. I have worked in the event industry for around 7 years, but I finally found my love for weddings after I planned mine in June 2023. Perfect Day Weddings provides a personalised and attentive approach, working hard to provide you the most special day possible. At Perfect Day Weddings, the focus is on you. Working closely with all recommended suppliers, I will get to know your vision and bring it to life. Whether you have already booked your venue and a few suppliers, I can help complete the planning process to create the day of your dreams and ensure it runs smoothly as planned. On the other end, if you have recently got engaged and don’t know where to start, Perfect Day Weddings will work closely with you to find the perfect venue and suppliers to create your perfect day.

I have been incredibly lucky to work at some incredible venues all over the UK, and two of my favourites have to include the newly renovated Plum Park Manor in Towcester, The River Barn in Lancashire and The Ivy Gladstone in Liverpool.

The best decision of wedding planning was booking with Perfect Day Weddings! We booked Natalie a bit panicked after our 6 month meeting with our venue where we were feeling a bit unsure as to how much they would help/do for us on the day or how much would get left to the bridal party to sort.   We went for the silver package- day of coordination, but it wasn’t only on the day, from the 4 weeks before Natalie did so much for us, visited the venue with us, spoke with all our suppliers & chased them up on required forms, she gave us tips and advice & brought great vibes sharing in our excitement.  On the day of our wedding, we couldn’t have asked for more. Natalie went above and beyond for us, making sure everything was perfect. From start to finish the day was flawless, not one thing went wrong- at least not that we know of & a huge part of that was having Natalie there supporting us.   Thank you Natalie & Perfect Day Weddings, you made our dreams come to life & we are so grateful to have had you there supporting us.

Fantastic, Efficient, professional Natalie was fantastic. As the mum of the bride. we needed someone to ensure the day ran seamlessly and she delivered. Excellent attention to detail. Highly efficient and professional. Nothing was too much. We could relax knowing she was in charge of every aspect of the day.

Natalie was amazing! Natalie took care of everything on my wedding day, there is no one else I would have trusted more. She thought of every tiny detail and was prepared for everything, including having an emergency kit which came in really handy. On the day she dealt with all of my suppliers, and when things unexpectedly went wrong (a clumsy friend falling over and breaking the photo booth backdrop) she managed to smooth things over with the supplier and rearrange some of the other decor to make a makeshift backdrop which meant we still had lots of lovely photos at the end of the evening. She managed to fix all of this before I even knew it was happening! She is also so kind and lovely, which makes her the perfect person to work with. Finally, if you're not sure whether to get a wedding coordinator or not - do it! Their whole job is to take away every bit of stress from your big day which is worth every penny.

Natalie at Perfect Day Weddings planned my Daughters wedding and she couldn't have planned it any better. It was perfect in every way. From the venue, food, flowers and music to the table favours, her attention to detail was spot on. I would definitely recommend Perfect Day Weddings".

I started my business in August 2023.

What's your main catchment area?

My main catchment area is Chester and Merseyside, however I travel all over the UK.

How many weddings do you typically do each year?

I typically do around 10 weddings per year – this is so I can give my all to each wedding and really make sure every detail has been thought about.

Do you offer face-to-face consultation?

I would typically do an initial consultation over the phone, and then from then we would meet face to face.

What are your deposit terms?

I require a £150 deposit to secure your date.
