Welcome to the Wedding Fayre!
This page outlines some important exhibitor information for you. Please ensure you have read through everything carefully before show opening.
Show Times
This event is open to visitors from 5.30pm - 8pm.
Please do not start packing down your stall until the event has closed.
A catwalk show will be hosted at 6.30pm.
Parking
Please park and unload from the Chester Zoo Gatehouse & Events Entrance. This is a few minutes walk from The Square and The Oakfield where you will be exhibiting. If you wish to unload nearer to the venue, you may access the zoo from 5pm.
Please then move your vehicle to Cedar House car park, which is a few minutes walk away, to allow space for visitors to park in the Events Entrance. Search ‘Cedar House - Chester Zoo’ in your Sat Nav.
Power
A reminder that the Zoo requires all electrical items to be PAT tested with the green PAT testing label clearly visible on the plug. Checks will be made on the day.
Loos
Toilets are located in both The Square and The Oakfield.
Food & Drink
Sampling/Selling
Small tasting samples to give to couples is encouraged. Unfortunately food and drink can’t be sold on site.
For Exhibitors
Some drinks and snacks are available to purchase on site. You’re also welcome to bring your own.
