My husband and I first bonded over pancakes, late night kitchen experiments and spontaneous trips to London in search of the fluffiest pancakes.

Planning our son’s first birthday is what truly sparked something in me. I poured myself into every detail and seeing it all come to life made me realise how much I loved creating meaningful experiences.

That day planted a seed. A few months later, we decided not to build a side hustle, but a legacy, something our son could one day be proud of. With a little nudge, my husband and I turned our shared love (and pancake batter) into a brand that reflects who we are.

Today, we specialise in premium, handcrafted desserts that bring fun and unforgettable moments to your special day. Our Mini Dutch Pancakes are always a wedding favourite, and we also serve Belgian Waffle Sticks, indulgent Waffle Balls and ice cream rolls.

We cover weddings across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Yorkshire and Merseyside, bringing the same level of service and experience to every wedding. We love creating moments your guests will rave about long after the day is over.

What's your main catchment area?

We mainly work across Cheshire and Greater Manchester, and we’re always happy to travel further afield across the North West.
How many weddings do you typically do each year? 

Last year alone, we catered for more than 100 weddings.
Do you offer face-to-face consultation?

My booking process is simple:

  • We start with an initial phone consultation
  • I send your personalised quote via email or WhatsApp
  • Then we can arrange a meeting on Microsoft Teams to go through any final details/questions
What are your deposit terms?

To secure your date, a £100 deposit is required.

When we were looking for canapés for our wedding day, I wanted to give our guests something a little different than your usual hors d’oeuvres and also wanted to save money at the same time-Was looking at pancake bars and we found ‘oh so pancakes’, they had good reviews, showed my now husband and we contacted them They were fast to respond, very easy to communicate with and also professional and had reasonable priced packages for us to choose from-All the guests in our wedding truly enjoyed the pancakes and loved our idea! Without actually realizing beforehand, we didn’t realize until we’ve booked them that our wedding day was pancake day so that was a nice coincidence! We got a variety of toppings and they made sure it was vegan/halal/nut free! It was freshly cooked and tasted so so so good! We wished we had seconds hehe Totally recommending them for weddings if you want something different for canapés!

I recently used oh so pancakes for my wedding in January 2026.The service is outstanding, the pancakes were amazing and a big hit with all the guest, I know a few visited the cart several times. such a wide choice of toppings and the physical aesthetic of the cart is so cute with personalized screen to however you want it.Their price point is fab and compared to other vendors offering the same it’s just a no brainer to pick these. Communication throughout was also great I was never left wondering if they would show up on the night and was never left waiting days for email/ message replies. Thankyou so much for catering at our wedding, we hope to use you again in the future and will 100% point anyone else looking for this sort of vendor in your direction.
