We are a family run catering company that offer a range of different catering choices. We are based in the beautiful Conwy Valley and are happy to travel to your dream venue or location. We normally cover North and Mid Wales, Chester and Cheshire. We offer a range of prices that can be discussed with us over email, phone or a face to face meeting can also be arranged to suit you.

We are a family run business and we love good food and more importantly local produce. We run our own family farm and take pride in being able to produce our own meat. We offer our famous grazing tables and hog roasts that fit in perfectly for your special day as well as many more options. We can cover your whole day from canapés to deserts, picnic boxes and a morning after barbecue breakfast for your guests.

We offer a wide range of menus to cater for any event, from weddings, family birthdays, food festivals and more. We take pride in what we do ensuring that we cater to all your needs and that you get to enjoy a stress free event knowing that we are catering for you. 

We have a wide range of menus and we are always accommodating of any intolerances and allergies and take extra care to make sure all your guests get to enjoy the food. 

Our famous Hog Roasts are seasoned then slowly roasted and served with your classic sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce. We also have a range of different sides to accompany our hog roasts and prices and options can be discussed with us over email.

Our Grazing tables are carefully displayed ensuring that it’s truly a feast for the eye and to eat. We offer a hot graze and our classic graze that has options to suit everyone. We have carefully picked ingredients and we source our ingredients from local businesses, butchers and bakeries. 

We offer a grazing desert table. We serve a range of cheesecakes, brownies, blondies, freshly made eaton mess pots and strawberries with cream. This is all laid out carefully with a range of fresh fruit and plenty of cream to drizzle over your choice.

We can have a face time face meeting or over the phone to discuss payment and make your food choices for your day. 
What are your deposit terms?

We ask for a £100 non refundable deposit just to save your date and a final payment date will be discussed with you after the deposit has been paid.

Will, Huw and Siwan provided catering for our wedding at Llyn Gwynant Barns on 12th July.Communications with Will were very easy and clear. He had some great ideas and we trusted his suggestions which all paid off.We had post ceremony crisps, a hog roast and then evening snacks, and, despite what felt like the hottest day ever they pulled it off with a smile!As the temperatures soared we don’t know how they managed it but we ended up with the most delicious food! Guests commented on it being the best wedding food ever and many had second portions. The pork, chicken and lamb were fabulous - special mention for the lamb which definitely wowed the lamb lovers. Nothing was too much trouble for Huw and Siwan on the day and it was a joy for us to have such friendly and accommodating people make such a positive impact on our special day. My wife and I cannot thank Anglesey Hog Roast enough for making our wedding day truly unforgettable! From the start, their team was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The grazing board they provided was simply stunning—beautifully presented and packed with delicious variety, and they even created a special beige area for the children with ARFID, which meant so much to us. It was the perfect addition to keep everyone happy and comfortable.The hog roast itself was absolutely excellent—succulent, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. They also went above and beyond by catering to our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, ensuring everyone felt included and well looked after.A special shoutout to Will, who was outstanding throughout the planning process and on the big day. Where do we begin, We had Anglesey hog roast booked for our wedding last week (17:5:25) and found out on the last meeting with our wedding coordinator at Hafod Farm that they had changed ownership, making us both worried as there hadn’t been much communication between the previous owners. But Will and his team were amazing. From finding out they were the new owners to having a quick chat on the phone about what we wanted for our wedding we were put at ease with how organised he was. From the first phone call to after our wedding bbq we cannot fault Will and his team; amazing communication, very organised and absolutely delicious food. We opted for the bbq platter and it did not disappoint the food was perfect, the service was quick; his team made sure that all the guests had their food platter within 10 minutes of sitting down. There was plenty of food more than enough to feed everyone. Will a’r tîm, Diolch I chi am Bob dim, oedd y bwyd yn berffaith! We will definitely be booking again in the near future.
