Following the success of the catering business, Hardy’s Events and Catering, we felt being able to offer a truly wrapround event and wedding service was our next step.

A festival or boho style wedding was definitely where we find ourselves most, and we are there all day, providing a full days catering, plus frequently organizing drinks, glassware, decoratio assistance and a guiding hand through how best to set up the marquee or tipi. So it felt a natural progression to have our own, where we could really look after our clients at every step of the process. Guiding them through the decision making about the set up and lay out of the tipis – and being there on the day seeing it all come together. We LOVE it!

Putting our tipis up in incredible locations is a real perk of the job! From Wirral Country Park, to Silverholme Manor on Lake Windermere, Claremont Farm in Wirral to Tros yr Afon, Beaumaris Anglesey.

Lou and Matt at Hardy’s are just amazing. From the first contact we could tell that they understood exactly what we were looking for. We didn’t want a traditional wedding breakfast and instead opted for a Mexican sharing feast followed by Asian street food in the evening. Once we met with Matt and Lou at their lovely house for a tasting, we knew we’d made the right decision! All the food was amazing, with the guests especially raving about the canapés! Hardy’s also provided us with two giant tipi’s which perfectly complemented our venue. They were perfectly sized for our roughly 80 guests to enjoy our meal in while taking in the beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend Hardy’s for catering and tipis.

Wow Wow Wow! We couldn't have asked for anything more from Hardys as a supplier for our wedding. Matt and Lou where great from the first day of meeting them, they took us through everything from the food they could provide, details around their tipis, wedding accessories and some ideal wedding locations for the tipis. 
Matt and Lou took time to understand what type of wedding we where after and worked with us to make sure that happened and I wouldn't have changed anything at all.
We also had to move our wedding date THREE times due to covid and they where accommodating each time supporting us along the way. 
They even helped us with suggesting other suppliers such as event decorators and a belle tent supplier for our guests to stay on site etc. 

Thank you again for making our wedding weekend so magical! It wouldn't have been so perfect if it wasn't for Hardys!

My wife and I would highly recommend Hardy’s event and Catering following our wedding in which they were fantastic! The food was to die for, it was easily the best vegan food many of us had ever eaten, and the canapes delicious too. The service was great throughout the day and before the wedding during the planning phase. Matt and Lou are extremely helpful, have heaps of experience and put us at ease. Best of all they are awesome people. The tipi and the VW van were a great addition to our wedding. Both were a massive hit!

Where to start!! From the minute we contacted these guys they were just incredible. They provided the most amazing tipis for our special day (including an extra one last minute because we kept getting drunk and inviting more people!!!) and the food was just insanely good to the point where guests were texting us days later saying they can’t stop thinking about the fish and chips!!! Not only did they sort out venue and food but they acted as our informal wedding planners – helping us to think of all the little details and liaising with other service providers on the day. Could not recommend them enough and hope we keep in touch. Xx
