All stall holders must be on site and set up by 0930hrs ready for opening.

You’re welcome to unload next to the events barn on the front field. To access, please drive through the Blakemere security barrier, and turn left past the funfair, and continue straight down an area marked ‘overflow parking’. Once unloaded, please move your car to the main visitor car park. There is no charge for parking.
If you have purchased an outdoor plot, please approach the field and a member of staff will let you in and guide you into position. You are welcome to bring a gazebo with you. If the weather is particularly bad or you would rather be inside, we have some indoor spaces still available for an additional fee of £10. Please just let us know.
Payment for your stall is due before the event takes place. If you have misplaced your invoice, please just ask us to resend it to you. If payment is not received by Sunday 18th May, your space will be given to another waiting seller.
The Organiser regrets that no payments can be refunded or transferred in any situation without exception.
Your stall will be labelled with your name on arrival and a member of the team will show you to your space. Your stall position will be decided by Bouquet & Bells, and we will base this on your stall requirements as outlined on the booking form.
You may sell any items that are wedding or gift related only. Most buyers will have cash on them, and there is a free cash machine located at the petrol station over the road from the event.
The Wi-Fi password for the event space is ‘BlakemereEvents23’.
We put a lot of time and budget towards advertising of our wedding shows to ensure a strong footfall on the day. These promotions will run from when we announce the event, right up until the event day.
We really appreciate any additional support from exhibitors to help promote the wedding show. Some ways that you can help are as follows:

You may sell any wedding related items that are in good condition. This may include bridal and bridesmaids dresses, suits, bridal accessories, jewellery, venue dressing items, lighting, signage or anything else!

Alternatively, you can use the button above (in the ‘Sell Your Pre-Loved Items’ section of this page) to book a place instantly. We will then be in touch to confirm your space has been secured, along with further event information.

An indoor standard sized stall is made up of an 8ft (width) 4ft (depth) area.
An outdoor exhibitor space is a standard car boot style setup.
Please note indoor spaces don’t include a table or chairs, so we recommend bringing your own. A 6ft table will fit perfectly within a space.
An outdoor plot includes space for one vehicle. A table isn’t provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own and would easily have space for 2x 6ft trestle tables. You’re also welcome to bring your own gazebo.
We recommend having a card machine and cash box for both cash and card transactions. There is good phone signal and free WiFi at the venue.
There is plenty of free on-site parking. If you opt for an outdoor plot, parking attendants will be on duty to guide you into your space.
There are plenty of facilities on site to purchase food and drinks. There will also be caterers in attendance at this event.
All indoor stalls include a chair.
Sellers can arrive from 9am. The event opens at 10am.
No. Unfortunately, nothing can be hung from the walls at this event. We recommend bringing a rail if you wish to display items of clothing.
There is access to power but it’s limited. If you require a socket, please let the organiser know as soon as possible.
Payment is required prior to the event and we will not accept on the day payments. We will provide payment details on booking, or alternatively, use the button above in the ‘Sell Your Pre-Loved Items’ section of this page.
If you need to cancel your space, please get in touch with the organiser as soon as possible and a full refund will be given.
