An unforgettable wedding show at the zoo
A fun, unique and unexpected wedding venue. A place for small intimate weddings, dance through the night celebrations and everything in-between. With two ceremony rooms to choose from, this venue offers a unique experience, with access to the zoo for you and your wedding guests.
By pre-registering, every couple will be automatically entered into a draw to win a VIP upgrade for 2x people on the day!

Your tickets will be emailed to you and there’s no need to print them off, simply show your email on entry to the event and your name will be on the guest list.

Map, Directions, and Parking
Address: Chester Zoo Gatehouse & Events Entrance, 67 Caughall Rd, Upton, Chester CH2 1LP
Chester Zoo is located near the centre of Chester, with easy access by road and public transport. Free parking is available on-site at Chester Racecourse. Please no not use the general Zoo entrance as this will be closed. Please use ‘Chester Zoo Gatehouse & Events Entrance’.

Top Tips for getting the most out of the event
- Bring a notebook: With so much to see and so many ideas, making notes can help you keep track of everything that catches your eye
- Prepare any questions: Think about your “must-haves” and “nice-to-haves” for your big day, and have a couple of questions ready to make the most of your time chatting with suppliers
- Get contact details: Make sure to pick up leaflets and special offers from suppliers, so you can re-read them after the event and get in touch!
- Take photos: Capture ideas and make a note of displays and suppliers that match your dream wedding vision

It’s not essential to register your attendance but we recommend doing so to be kept notified of any changes to the event.
Please register for anyone you wish to bring along with you on the day. However, you can purchase additional tickets on the door if required.
