We’re incredibly excited to introduce a brand new wedding show – The Shropshire Wedding Fayre. This is one of our our biggest wedding shows (and also the biggest in Shropshire!). The site consists of 37 acres offering ample event space including three huge pavilions.

Experience a dazzling catwalk show as we showcase a range of stunning wedding dresses, gorgeous bridesmaid gowns, stylish groomswear, and more. From classic elegance to modern trends, this catwalk will provide lots of style inspiration.
The Venue: Oswestry Showground
The venue consists of three spacious pavilions showcasing different themes, as well as 37 acres of outdoor space, and is available to hire for all sorts of events and already hosts Antique & Collector Fairs, Horse & Dog Shows, Vintage Shows and many private events.

Your tickets will be emailed to you and there’s no need to print them off, simply show your email on entry to the event and your name will be on the guest list.

Map, Directions, and Parking
Address: Oswestry Showground, Whittington, Oswestry SY11 4AB. Please use ‘Oswestry & District Agricultural Society’ in your SatNav.
Oswestry Showground is located just off the A5, with easy access by road and public transport. Ample free parking is available on-site at Oswestry Showground.
Schedule
- Doors Open: 11:00am
- Catwalk Show: 12:00pm & 1:30pm
- Event Ends: 3:00pm
Top Tips for getting the most out of the event
- Bring a notebook: With so much to see and so many ideas, making notes can help you keep track of everything that catches your eye
- Prepare any questions: Think about your “must-haves” and “nice-to-haves” for your big day, and have a couple of questions ready to make the most of your time chatting with suppliers
- Get contact details: Make sure to pick up leaflets and special offers from suppliers, so you can re-read them after the event and get in touch!
- Take photos: Capture ideas and make a note of displays and suppliers that match your dream wedding vision

It’s not essential to register your attendance but we recommend doing so to be kept notified of any changes to the event.
Please register for anyone you wish to bring along with you on the day. However, you can purchase additional tickets on the door if required.
