Hi! We are Phil and Victoria Green, a husband-and-wife photography team. We love capturing the fun and emotion of our couples’ wedding day in a relaxed and creative style. We’re not fans of formality, and whilst we do shoot a limited number of group shots on wedding days, we aim to make these fun, informal and very relaxed. We put a great deal of focus on building a relationship with our couples and this really helps them to feel comfortable in front of the camera.
One of the best things about working as a husband-and-wife team is that we really understand what it’s like to be in our couples’ shoes on their wedding day. Having two of us shooting your wedding means that you get full coverage from different angles and perspectives. It also means that you will get coverage that you simply cannot get with a single photographer. For example, whilst Victoria covers the bridal preparations, Phil can cover the guys getting ready (or having a drink!)
Phil’s a total photography geek, and has a habit of boring Victoria (and our friends!) to death with my love of cameras and lenses! He’s been keen on photography for most of his life, and since 2012 has been properly glued to a camera. Phil’s been shooting weddings for over 3 years now, and just loves it! As well as wedding photography, Phil also loves landscape photography and shooting sports events, such as for North Wales Crusaders Rugby League, Wrexham Town Police FC and for Tennis Wales.
When Victoria met Phil in 2008, she had no choice but to get in to photography as Phil’s love of photography is totally infectious! Then when Phil started getting wedding booking and he needed a second shooter. Phil handed Victoria a camera and then the rest is history! Victoria loves taking fine art style portraits and details, and is probably the more organised member of the Green Photography team. Victoria always feels incredibly privileged to shoot couples’ weddings – it’s so much fun, and incredibly uplifting! Victoria is also the one who keeps the team up to date with couples’ wedding details and is in charge of the booking system.
We are based near Wrexham, North Wales, and cover all over North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire and the Wirral.
We have been incredibly lucky to work at a selection of highly commended venues across the region, including Combermere Abbey in Shropshire, Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, and Highfield Hall in North Wales. These are just a few of the fantastic venues we have been honored to photograph over the last few years.

You know that old saying “new year, new me”? Well, ahead of the fast approaching 2025, we’ve decided to switch some things up around here and add a dash more sparkle into Bouquet and Bells.
This shoot was inspired wholly by the vastness and beauty of the venue as well as the unitarians inspiring ethos: Ullet Road Unitarian Church. We chose a beautiful day for the shoot, meaning the light flooding into the building and outside of the building was beautiful. We had a selection of dresses to change into for different parts of the church, and we utilised the late in different rooms and at different windows, as well as the doors for the iconic confetti shots.
Your wedding is a magical day which will stay with you forever. However, it’s unquestionable that with a tag like that, there’s also going to be an element of pressure you need to manage. 84% of brides report feeling some sort of stress about their big day. And while a lot of this comes hand-in-hand with planning a large event, it’s unquestionable that standing in front of anyone as the “star of the show” is going to get the nerves jangling.
