Wedding Fayre Terms & Conditions

Booking Form: The Online Booking Form, once completed and returned by the Exhibitor, acts a legally binding contract between the exhibitor and Bouquet & Bells.

Payment Terms: The Exhibitor must complete and return the Booking Form to Bouquet & Bells with a £75 minimum deposit to secure the space. The deposit payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the deposit invoice. Bouquet & Bells will provide an invoice with the amount due and payment details and directions, along with a link to the Booking Form. If a final balance is outstanding, this payment must clear a minimum of 28 days before the date of the event. Reminders are not issued. Failure to settle outstanding fees may result in interest charges being applied or court action being taken. No Exhibitor is permitted to exhibit at our wedding fayres unless cleared funds have been received in full by Bouquet & Bells 28 days prior to the fayre.

Cancellation: Bouquet & Bells regret that no deposit payments can be refunded or transferred in any situation without exception. Outstanding balance payments will be refunded in the event on cancellation made in writing up to six weeks prior to the Wedding Fayre.

Block Booking Discount: Bouquet & Bells are happy to offer exhibitor discounts of 10% off the total booking fee if two shows are booked, 15% off for three and 20% off for four or more. Discounts do not apply for the first event booked by the exhibitor, and are valid on any additional bookings made after only.

Insurance Liability: Bouquet & Bells accepts no responsibility for the safety of any property owned by or brought into the Wedding Fayre by the Exhibitor or any person on his behalf or for any loss or damage that may occur to such property (including consequential loss) as a result of any cause whatsoever. Bouquet & Bells shall not be liable for any loss incurred by the Exhibitor if for any reason the Wedding Fayre is postponed, prevented, delayed or abandoned. All Exhibitors must provide their own Public Liability Insurance certificate upon request.

Electirical Requirements: Exhibitors requiring power must provide their own extensions cables. These, and all other electrical equipment, must be PAT tested where appropriate. Exhibitors must advise Bouquet & Bells if power is required upon booking.

Health & Safety Requirements: Exhibitors must conform to the regulations made under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. All Fire and Safety regulations must be adhered to. Aisles and Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.

Assurances: Whilst Bouquet & Bells make every reasonable effort to provide necessary services to ensure a smoothy run Wedding Fayre no liability will be accepted in the failure of such services. Furthermore, Bouquet & Bells cannot accept any responsibility for or guarantee the number of visitors to the Wedding Fayre.

Exhibitor Conduct: Bouquet & Bells expects all Exhibitors to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. No Exhibitor must exhibit any service other than the service for which the Exhibitor has been booked. No third-party advertising literature must be displayed or distributed by any Exhibitor without prior written consent from Bouquet & Bells. Exhibitors must strictly remain within their purchase space at all times during Wedding Fayre opening hours and must not approach visitors away from their space with literature or any other incentive.

Discount Booklet: As per the online booking form, if the Exhibitor has agreed to include an exclusive discount or special offer in the discount booklet Bouquet & Bells must copy it exactly as written by the Exhibitor. We may edit the structure of the wording, but the discount will not be altered. It is not our responsibility if this information is incorrect.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions in this contract may result in the Exhibitor being asked to leave without refund.
